Home remedies for diabetes

1. Bitter Gourd

Bitter gourd is used to control sugar. It affects glucose metabolism in the body. It enhances the pancreatic insulin secretion in the body, which provides relief in both types of diabetes. You should drink the juice of one glass of bell every morning and when you prepare the juice, mix both the peeled peel and seeds in the mixer well. And eat the curry of burger in your food. If you do this for two consecutive months, your sugar will come into control to a certain extent or it will be completely cured.

2. Cinnamon

  • Mix half teaspoon cinnamon powder in 1 cup water and drink it daily.
  • You can use cinnamon in your food meals too.
  • Boil 3-4 pieces of cinnamon wood in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes and then drink this water.

3. Fenugreek

  • Before sleeping in the night, keep 1-2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds soaked in a glass of water. When this morning dawn well, then drink this water and other granules. By doing this for 60 consecutive days your sugar will be very controlled.
  • Make a powder by mixing 1-2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds properly and drink it with milk and drink it with milk.
    (If you look more bitter on the fenugreek then take 1 spoon in the beginning and if you feel relaxed then eat it, then take 2 spoons.)

4. Aloe vera

  • Keep aloevera leaves soaked in the night and drink it in the morning. If you do this everyday, then in a few days you will get sugar level control.
  • You can also use aloe veera by drinking its juice or by making aloe vera vegetable.
  • Add one teaspoon bay leaf powder and half a teaspoon turmeric in a spoon aloe vera gel. Mix them well and eat the juice of this mixture twice a day. You will benefit very quickly.

5. Berries

  • Junk food is very beneficial for diabetes patients, as well as seeds of Jamun, leaves and even its roots have many advantages. They contain a lot of hypoglycemic effects, which can quickly reach sugar levels in normal condition.
  • Eating jambu is very beneficial for you. You start eating jambu every day.
  • Make powder of dried berries seeds and take it twice a day with water.

Treat Sugar

1. Mango leaves

  • Dip 8-10 leaves of mango in water in the night and wake up in the morning and filter it and drink it.
  • Make a powder by drying the leaves of mango in the chest, and take it with half a teaspoon of water twice a day.
  • Mango leaves are also beneficial for kidneys because often diabetes disease weakens our kidneys.

2. Neem

Boil some leaves of neem in water and drink ¼ cup of this water daily. Which is helpful in controlling diabetes.

3. Egg

Take 3 or 4 eggs and separate them seeds and then grind them well. Now squeeze this grinding stomach with the cloth and get the juice out of it and drink this juice in the morning after drinking it in the empty stomach 1 cup water.

4. Triphala

Daily consumption of Triphala also controls sugar. Which will also be found in Ayurveda

5. Bhindi

  • Cut Bhindi into pieces and soak it in water and keep it for overnight. Separate Bhindi by filtering it in the morning and drink water. Do this everyday for a few weeks.
  • Add Bhindi to your diet.
  • Cut the ladybug in pieces and soak it in water at night and drink the water after separating Bhindi from it. If possible, take the seeds together because the seeds and peels of Bhindi are remarkable properties of controlling diabetes.
